Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AMl PARlS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a request.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be marked as a final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at customercare@amiparis.live with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  • Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our team.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: return shipping costs are covered by AMl PARlS.
  • All other returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at customercare@amiparis.live.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order on our website.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@amiparis.live with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at customercare@amiparis.live with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

10. Consumer Rights (EU & UK)

If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To exercise this right, please notify us at customercare@amiparis.live before the withdrawal period expires. You will then have 14 days to return the item(s). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
