1. Overview

At AMl PARlS, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processes, timeframes, and costs.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During peak periods (sales, new collections, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • France (metropolitan and overseas territories)
  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Rest of the world (selected countries)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at customercare@amiparis.live and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The following estimated delivery timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched:

  • France: 2 to 4 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
  • United States: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website and will be subject to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customercare@amiparis.live.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of France and the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged at checkout.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

AMl PARlS cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first:

  • Check your tracking information for updates.
  • Verify that the delivery address provided at checkout was correct.
  • Check with neighbours or your building's reception in case the parcel was left with them.

If your order is still missing after these steps, please contact us at customercare@amiparis.live with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

9. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. AMl PARlS cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@amiparis.live. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item(s) upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at customercare@amiparis.live. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
